Prior to teaching at Hamilton-Wenham, she taught chemistry and biology at Randolph High School for five years. Regina has a masters degree in microbiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She was a member of the Geobacter Project at UMass-Amherst, where she presented at many conferences and is a co-author on numerous journal articles on her research. Regina is a proud graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where she was a biology major and did research on a highly thermophilic anaerobic bacteria. She had been at Hamilton Wenham Regional High School since 2011. During her time, Regina has not only taught chemistry but organized the in-school field trip that brings the Portsmouth Navy Shipyard to Hamilton Wenham. The field trip gives opportunities for sophomores to learn more about science and engineering with hands-on and fun activities!
