Neil Kelly earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Vermont in 2016, and completed his Master’s degree in Education from Southern New Hampshire University in 2021. He is presently working on his doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from New England College. Neil’s desire to become a teacher all began when he was ten years old and taught his collection of Beanie Babies in his home in Wakefield, Ma. His passion for science was incited by his high school Biology teacher, and only grew as he pursued coursework and research opportunities in college. He has completed training in the Next Generation Science Exemplar (NGSX) training, and has served on several science steering committees during the time he taught in Vermont. Outside of teaching and learning, he enjoys running, skiing, exploring Boston with friends, visiting family on Cape Cod, and cultivating a variety of tropical plants.
